Our services include the conservation of paintings, restoration of statues, period frames, interior architectural elements, and gilding.
Janice Selfridge, President and Lead Conservator of HVFAC is a graduate of Rutgers University. She also has studied at New York University, the Art Students League of New York, the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) and The New York Academy of Art.
Janice began her career in conservation in 1995 and has been actively working in the field since. She regularly attends AIC and SOG sponsored conservation and restoration workshops in order to keep abreast of state of the art restoration techniques.
Janice is a member of AIC and the Society of Gilders (SOG).
